Provides classes and services inside the jail and services to help clients re-enter society upon release. Classes provided include substance abuse, parenting and anger management. Modified Therapeutic Community available 90 days for individuals with substance abuse problems. Services upon release include assistance in locating and coordinating help with transportation, sober housing, clothes, food stamps, medical, counseling and employment.
