Eligibility
No restrictions, however, for intake to the Homeless Outreach Program client must meet the following definition of homeless: Individual who lacks a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence, and/or individual in an emergency shelter, or staying in a public or private place not designed for regular sleeping accommodations for human beings.

No fees charged.
Intake Procedure
Client needs to contact Lewis Center (561) 904-7900. Clients are assessed at Lewis Center 7 days a week.
