Non-Residential Program
Description
Serves at-risk pregnant and parenting teen and young adult mothers (ages 18-29) and their children who have a safe place to call home but need a helping hand to survive and thrive. Services include case management, mentoring, monitoring health/medical needs of both mother and children, development of life skills, academic/vocational guidance, job search assistance and access to essential resources.

Residential Program
Description
Provides shelter and mentoring to homeless pregnant and parenting teen and young adult mothers (ages 18-29) and their children in Palm Beach County. Shelter - modest, furnished apartment and assistance with living expenses (independent living model); Mentoring - clients are matched with trained adult female mentors to guide them and monitor the progress and needs of both mother and children; Resources - services include case management; development of life skills; academic/vocational guidance; job search assistance; help in obtaining healthcare, supplies, and job training; and access to essential resources. Scholarship fund assists with post-high school educational/vocational training costs.

Eligibility
Homeless pregnant or parenting teen and young adult mothers (ages 17-23). Must be mature enough to live independently and be willing to make positive changes in their lifestyles; must continue education and work part-time.
Fees
Minimum of 1/3 total net income to help pay for living expenses. Mothers pay 30% of their net income towards their monthly rent.
