Breast or Cervical screening related only. Must qualify under the 200% Federal guidelines, reside in Palm Beach county. 18 years of age or have parental consent. No legal status needed.
Fees
No fees charged for registration or services if qualifications are met.
Intake Procedure
Contact by phone for appointment. Must complete registration form. Will provide transportation to office if applicant doesn't drive or will go to applicant home.
