Provides Diabetes Self Management training program. Is an individualized custom tailored program offered in a combination of individual and group sessions to help understand, manage and cope with Diabetes. Nationally accredited program led by a Certified Diabetes Educator. For newly diagnosed or have had Diabetes and have questions with regards to life style, food and medications.
