Diagnostic report, copy of insurance card, prescriptions for ABA services from a medical doctor.
Eligibility
ASD Diagnosis for insurance cases but does not need ASD Diagnosis for private pay.
Fees
Accepts insurance and private pay.

Provides comprehensive curriculum that includes K-12 individualized treatment and teaching plans enhanced by SKILLS web based program. 1:1 and 1:2 ration. Supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
