Description
Provides assistance for seniors who do not have access to computers or are having difficulty navigating the systems, to be placed on COVID vaccine on-line waiting lists. Currently this includes Indian River County Department of Health and Whole Family Health. Will also capture data for Treasure Coast Community Health's wait list.

Senior Collaborative â UPSLIDE Program
Description
UPSLIDE is an Acronym for Utilizing and Promoting Social Engagement for Loneliness Isolation, and Depression in the Elderly. This program combats loneliness and isolation by helping people 60 and above become socially engaged. In-person weekly Chat (Friends) group form interaction with others in a relaxed setting to make new friends, have new experiences and share support. Social Engagement support that allows clients to explore interests and social options is an integral part of the program. Transportation and technology assistance will be provided in partnership with other agencies. Congregate meals may be provided to those who qualify at some sites.
