Eligibility
Child's age - one yer old through high school graduation. Family has income no greater than 200% of the federal poverty level. Child does not have dental insurance or Medicaid.
Fees
No fees charged for eligible children.
Intake Procedure
Intake iis completed in person to determine child's eligibility for free dental treatment.
