By completing a simple, confidential online profile, families gain access to any local services that they may need to enhance their quality of life. The profile covers potential needs a family might have, many that are vital: health care, insurance, housing, child care, school readiness, special needs programs, parenting.
Once a profile is completed, the system identifies all the appropriate providers for the family. The families are then connected with the respective providers, either by connecting online on their own or with the help of an adviser.
