Provides opportunities for individuals age 55+ with income below 125% of the federal poverty level to obtain new job knowledge, enhance their skills and gain a competitive edge in today's job market. Program participants are placed in temporary assignments with nonprofit community organizations or with federal, state, county or city organizations (host agencies), where they develop and sharpen skills while searching for a permanent job.

Must have documents to prove age, residence and income for the preceding twelve months.
Eligibility
Based on age, residency, and income guidelines established by the US Department of Labor.
