Pay It Forward Program
Description
Accepts used hearing aids as donations. Donor can use donated aids as a tax deduction. The donated aids are refurbished and given to financially needy people with hearing loss. Program is dependent on supply of donated aids.

Extreme financial need. Application needs to be completed.
Fees
$50 for ear mold that can be adjusted or waived depending on financial need.
