-Diabetes Education Self-Management Classes
Three programs held per month, each program is taught by Certified Diabetes Educators who are nutritionists and nurses. Consists of four classes, three hours each for a total of 12 hours of medical and nutritional information. Call (561) 955-2100 for specific dates and times.
-Two Hour Diabetes Follow Up Classes - for those with diabetes who have already attended any diabetes educational program. Medicare can provide coverage for additional learning skills. Call for monthly scheduled programs. May be covered by Insurance or Medicare.
