Eligibility
Working poor who fall 200% below the poverty level, are uninsured and live in PBC.
Fees
No fees charged. Fees are charged for labs. Donations accepted.
Intake Procedure
By appointment only. New patient eligibility processing Tuesday through Friday 8 am, 25 per day, first-come/first served. Existing patient contact by phone.
