Outpatient methadone maintenance, outpatient detoxification, outpatient counseling, substance abuse education to assist clients regain their life back through recovery. Will work with opiate addicted pregnant women.
Hours
Monday-Friday / 5:30 am-1:30 pm; Dosing Hours: Monday-Friday / 5:30-10:30 am; Saturday / 7-9 am; Sunday and holidays / 7-8 am
Required Documents
Proof of Income, ID, and must bring all medications on the day of intake.
Eligibility
18 years or older. Must have 1 year of opiate dependency. If less than 1 year need proof of detox.
Fees
Admission fee and daily maintenance, contact agency for additional information. Call for prescreening. Medicaid, Share Cost Medicaid less than 200, VA provider. Must have an authorization number from VA fee basis prior to admission.
Intake Procedure
Must complete application and assessment procedure on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. All Veterans must make an appointment with the VAMC in West Palm prior to calling for a prescreening.
