Description
Provides individual and family counseling for behavioral health and skill building to maximize client family potential, services address needs, strengths and abilities of the individuals, families in addition to developing effective skills. Program is available to persons diagosed with mental health disorder and or demonstrating a variety of behavioral or emotional problems. Telehealth therapy available.

Monday-Friday / 8:30 am-5 pm

Medicaid Card, Parent Guardian consent, Court docs, Proof of guardianship, Valid ID.
Eligibility
Children and adults with Medicaid and Grant funded for under insured and uninsured.

Description
Provides mentors to foster care youths for guidance, assistance and support pertaining to the everyday challenges of being an adolescent and the specific challenges of foster care youth and their need to gain independent living skills.
