Provides a provision of family and community engagement, serves to strengthen families and build community capacity and resilience.
Bridges are 10 neighborhood centers located in communities with a history of poor child outcomes. Each center is charged with creating awareness, and providing education and support in the areas of parenting and early childhood development.

BRIDGES offers Free Educational workshop to families who are concerned about their child's development or behavior. BRIDGES supports families that are in need of after school referral, summer camp referral or affordable child care referral but you must meet BRIDGES criteria children 0-8.
