Eligibility
Must meet all of the following criteria: Family must live in area where Comcast of Internet service is available but have not subscribed to it within the last 90 days. Have at least one child for the National School Lunch Program. Have not subscribed to Comcast that is less than a year old. Families with outstanding debt more than one year old may still be eligible.
Fees
$9.95/month plus taxes.
