          Provides DCF mandatory substance abuse assessment referred by the Screening and Assessment Call Center.

          Hours

          Every day / 24 hours.

          Must be referred by DCF CPI or Dependency Case Manager and have FSFN case number.

          Fees

          No Fees charged.

          Intake Procedure

          Contact Substance Abuse Assessment Call Center by calling 211. Intake will include a conference call with 211, Client and the CPI/ or Dependency Case Manager to arrange for appointment.
