Provides office and home-bound and in-office counseling to the elderly for depression, anxiety, grief, loss of independence issues, chronic illness, obsessive compulsive disorder, sexual dysfunction, dementia, caregivers stress along with many other mental health issues. Also provide case management, referrals to resources, assessment and long term planning. Memory/dementia in-home and office base evaluation and screenings, Cognitive Rehabilitation for people who have been diagnosed with Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson's disease, Traumatic Brain injury.
