The DBPR Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT) Bureau of Law Enforcement has jusrisdiction over state law violations in premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and narcotics including sales to underage persons. ABT also issues licenses or permits that are required for any business or person to manufacture, import, export, store, distribute or sell alcoholic beverages and products containing tobacco or nicotine.
