Description
The Assessment Center provides non-emergency screening, assessment, and medical psychiatric services. Makes determination to refer a client to any of the treatment services offered at the Foundation or makes a referral to the appropriate service to meet the client's needs.

Intake Procedure
Contact Substance Abuse Assessment Call Center by calling 211. Intake will include a conference call with 211, Client and the CPI/ or Dependency Case Manager to arrange for appointment.
