Economic Opportunities Council of Indian River County located at Headstart School. To receive assistance call Main Office Monday-Friday between 8 am-5 pm or they can pick up application outside the Northside building.

Eligibility
Household income may not exceed 150% of the of the poverty guidelines, copy or original of energy bill, identification and proof of income for every member of the household for the past 30 days. Families with children 5 and under, household with person 60 or older, household with someone disabled will receive priority.

Intake Procedure
Apply online or pick up application at Northside Head Start. Drop off completed application to the locked box at Northside.
