Provides administrative offices, family intake by appointment only, day center with access to computers for job search purposes, resume preparation and homework, checking e-mails, doing laundry, taking showers, and working with case managers. Temporary shelter is provided through a network of off-site churches where program guests are transported nightly via a 15 passenger van (van is not disabled accessible).

Description
Provides intensive case management and support to address the family and individual needs of parent(s) legal guardian(s), who have marketable job skills, to overcome their current barriers to economic self-sufficiency and stable housing. This includes providing temporary shelter, food, toiletries, transportation, job search assistance, employability skills and other life skills education, and other daily support to ensure the overall well-being of the family units within the program and to ensure each family unit obtains stable housing of which the adults in the family can continue to maintain upon leaving the program.

Eligibility
Homeless Palm Beach County families with minor children who plan to remain in Palm Beach County, no active domestic violence, substance abuse, untreated mental illness. Families with children under age 18.

No fees charged.
Intake Procedure
Contact by telephone for initial telephone intake and full intake by appointment only. Must not have felony convictions, will conduct background check and drug test.
