Description

Provides free SingleCare/FamilyWize prescription drug discount cards, reducing the cost of medicine. The SingleCare Prescription Drug Discount Card enables clients to receive discounted pricing on prescription drugs. This is not insurance, rather, it is a program that offers immediate discounts on prescription drugs at participating pharmacies. Simply present the card with each prescription to the participating pharmacy at the time of purchase to receive discounts. Transfer of prescription is also available by bringing empty prescription bottle or label to the pharmacy. Savings average of 30% off the pharmacy's usual and customary retail price of prescription drugs, with the highest savings on generic drugs. Prescription Drug Discount Card are distributed through various community organizations.

Cards are distributed by pharmacies, sign up on website http://www.singlecare.com/familywize or call 772-283-4800 for distribution information. Cards may also be picked up at United Way, 50 Kindred Street, Suite 207, Stuart, Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm.
