Description:
Provides primary medical care to anyone in need, (newborns, infants, children, adolescents, and adults) as well as dental services for children. Provides women's health, prenatal, and maternity care.
PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE: Medical diagnosis and treatment, physical exams, immunizations, cancer screenings, diabetes screenings, tuberculosis screenings, sickle cell screenings, hypertension diagnosis, pesticide poisoning screenings, pediatric and well child care, early periodic screening diagnosis and treatment, laboratory testing, EKG, and medical referral. Also provides HIV testing, diagnosis, and treatment.
DENTAL CARE FOR CHILDREN: Oral exams, emergency services, extractions, fillings, cleanings, fluoride treatments, referrals, and follow up treatment.
SUPPORT SERVICES: Information and referral, Spanish and Creole translation, health education, family planning, outreach, and case management.
