Provides preventive health services including communicable disease control, immunizations, family planning, health education, nutrition maternity pre and post natal care, birth and death certificates and WIC .
A teen clinic operates during the school year on Wednesdays from 3 pm to 5 pm. Here teens can access health education and other services if wanted.
Delray performs complete comprehensive Civil Surgeon exams offering all required vaccines, all required tests and treatment of communicable diseases if necessary.

Provides nutrition education and supplemental foods for low and moderate income pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women; infants; and children under age 5 with health problems which can be helped by an improved diet. Milk, cereals, fruits, vegetables, baby food, whole grains, cheese, eggs, peanut butter, beans, fruit juice and fortified infant formula are listed on checks provided to clients. Checks can be redeemed for food in participating grocery stores. In addition provides breastfeeding information, breast pump loan program, counseling and technical support. Also provides referrals to health care, immunizations and community services. Lactation consulting and education in English and Spanish provided by Socorro Caanen, IBCLC, CCE at (561) 357-6019 Monday-Friday / 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
