Eligibility
A custodial parent with minor children who are not receiving court ordered child support. A custodial parent who needs paternity established and/or child support for minor children. A custodial parent with minor children who is receiving public assistance. A custodial parent with an existing order that needs enforcement.
Fees
No fees charged if a person is receiving public assistance, otherwise a $25 application fee.
Intake Procedure
An application package may be requested by telephone, the package completed and returned to the Child Support Office. If needed, CSE staff will assist applicants in completing the application package.
