A 12-step recovery program of men and women who are willing to recover from the disease of food addiction. Sharing their experiences, strengths and hopes with others allows them to recover from this disease one day at a time. The group is self-supporting through their own contributions and are not affiliated with any diet or weight loss programs, treatment facilities or religious organizations. Their primary purpose is to stay abstinent and to help others stay abstinent.
