Provides affordable quality, primary health care services regardless of patient's ability to pay. Pediatric and adult primary care, dentistry, and behavioral health counseling. On-site laboratory tests and x-ray available. US citizenship not required. FoundCare can assist with completing applications for Florida KidCare, Health Care District and other insurance programs.
