Neighborhood Revitalization Program
Description
Provides exterior pressure wash, painting of home, caulk and seal windows, replace repair damaged windows and screens, repair, exterior doors, sod lawn, plant trees and shrubs, undertake minor landscaping, property clean up, repair, install fence, re-roofing or roofing repairs. Install new kitchen, bathroom cabinets, critical plumbing or electric repairs or installations, install disability related accessibility modifications and other repairs to address health, safety or code violations.

Eligibility
Existing homeowners must own and occupy the home needing repairs to receive application. Household income must fall below 80% of Area Median Income for PBC.
