Description
Provides a 4 bed supportive living environment for boys turning 18 who wish to remain in care while transitioning to independence. This program allows youth to achieve progressive levels of independence in a supporting,nurturing environment that is familiar to them. The program includes the opportunity to receive and be engaged in, off-campus internships, and/or employment; continuing education, financial literacy, health, physical and emotional support form the campus staff, and various community partnerships.
