Eligibility
18-25 years of age pregnant or with child 2 and under. No severe mental health diagnosis. The program is for two years. Resident must have a job within 6 weeks of admittance into program and be working full time hours.
Fees
Program fee $300 per month after they have gotten a job and start receiving wages.

Fill out an online application at 4KIDS.us. Go to Maternity then About Us to complete application on-line.
