Description

Provides therapeutic and independent living services in residential group home for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, abuse, and/or neglect and have a moderate to severe emotional disturbance.

Residential Facilities 24/7; Intake/Placement Monday-Friday / 8 am-5:00 pm

Girls ages 13-17, boys 8-17. Medicaid eligibility; evaluation and outside authorization for level of care.

Medicaid, sliding scale for room and board.

Pre-admission information, interview. Child must be accompanied and admitted by legal guardian.

    Entry agency for Healthy Beginnings system of care providing screenings, assessments and referrals for children 0-5 years old and newly delivered Mom's to identify and provide resources for various risk factors, developmental delays and/or maternal depression.

    Family must have a child aged 0-5 years old.

      Description

      Provides crisis intervention, individual and play therapy, therapeutic support groups, legal advocacy, referrals and linkages for adults and their children who have been victims of family violence.
