Description
Provides therapeutic and independent living services in residential group home for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, abuse, and/or neglect and have a moderate to severe emotional disturbance.

Residential Facilities 24/7; Intake/Placement Monday-Friday / 8 am-5:30 pm
Eligibility
Medicaid eligibility; boys ages 8-17, evaluation and outside authorization for level of care.
Fees
Medicaid, sliding scale for room and board.
Intake Procedure
Pre-admission information, interview. Child must be accompanied and admitted by legal guardian.
