This service includes: group orientation to the home ownership process; classroom education; individual counseling; coordination of all parties involved from beginning to closing; mortgage lending, loan and subsidy facilitation/packaging; post-purchase assistance. Funds available for down payment, closing-cost assistance, and rehabilitation.
Community Partners of South Florida also offers a unique nonprofit mortgage lending operation for clients.
Other Services offered: Foreclosure Intervention Housing-Counseling: Mortgage Counseling; Post purchase Counseling and Default Counseling.

Visit www.cp-housing.org to sign-up for orientation, Home Buyer Education and receive an intake package. We also offer Non-Profit mortgage lending, and rehab loans.
