Provides one on one assistance to ensure pregnant women have access to prenatal care, offers supportive intervention and education to reduce any risk factors identified in pregnancy or at birth, and offers parenting support and education to maximize infants healthy development up to age three. Health and Parent Educators meet with clients at their doctor's office, home or any place that is convenient for clients.
