Provides assistance to taxpayers, individuals and businesses, who have ongoing federal tax issues with the IRS that they have been unable to resolve through normal IRS channels.
Program also assists taxpayers who are facing hardship situations because IRS actions prevent them from providing for necessities such as housing, transportation or food; or if a business owner is unable to meet expenses such as payroll. The service is free, confidential and tailored to meet the needs of each person they assist.
