Description

Independent Living Facility Housing complex. Total number of units: 404 Number of units available to seniors only: 100% Residents pay for electric, cable, telephone and own food. May sign up with Mae Volen for food service (they serve in the clubhouse five days a week at 12 pm, cost is by donation) Must have double amount of monthly income to qualify. Vouchers are accepted but not required. Starting rent for a one bedroom apartment is $976. Two bedroom $1164. Housing Choice vouchers accepted and the residents rent portion will be determined by the appropriate housing authority. Maximum income is $38,640 per year for one person and $44,160. for two persons. Minimum income requirements for applicants without housing assistance is approximately 2 times the monthly rent. Debt to income ratio is a consideration factor.
