Intensive Outpatient program
Description
Provides Intensive Outpatient program. Evidence-based treatment, to assist individuals in their mental health and substance abuse recovery. IOP services include medication management, group psychotherapy, and family/individual as needed.
Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday / 8:30 am-12 pm
Required Documents
Insurance card and photo ID.
Eligibility
Mental health as primary diagnosis. Must provide own transportation.
Fees
Accept most commercial insurances, Medicare. Must call to verify benefits. Benefits are verified through ARC department.
Intake Procedure
Contact IOP at 772-467-3572 to initiate intake process.
