Description:
Provides free Adult, Family and English as a Second Language literacy programs and services to anyone over the age of 16yrs old. These services are provided by tutors, one on one, small classes or virtually. LTR has a Learning Center in Ft Pierce with 15 computer stations for students to work on various programs.
