Provides home bound seniors 65 and over and home bound Veterans 60 and over with freshly cooked and nourishing meals. Delivery area is from Lake Worth to Jupiter and areas of Delray Beach. Serving home bound seniors:
1) who live alone, 2) who live with a spouse/partner who is also home bound, 3) who live with a senior caregiver where one spouse/partner has taken over the caregiving and household responsibilities for both individuals.

Eligibility
Service is available to those who are primarily housebound and living alone or with another housebound person. Clients are either unable or have difficulty shopping for food and cooking for themselves. Also serve senior caregivers where one person has assumed responsibility for the daily care of their spouse or partner.
Fees
Everyone contributes to the cost of meals on a sliding scale. Cost is determined based on the individuals income and assets.
Intake Procedure
Once qualified on the phone, will schedule a home visit to enroll the eligible person.
