Description:
The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller supports all of Palm Beach County's criminal and civil courts by processing, recording and filing documents such as traffic tickers, lawsuits, divorce agreements, wills, child support agreements, domestic violence petitions, and tenant evictions.
The County Court presides over all misdemeanor cases, traffic cases and civil cases under $15,000. The County Court operates from the satellite courthouses as well as the main courthouse.
