Description:
Provides Adult Day Care Center for families facing the challenge of caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, cognitive impairment or chronic physical ailment, Adult Day Care offers secure, supervised environments with daily, meaningful activities. Also provides a structured, comprehensive program. With an individual plan of care, services include social and therapeutic activities; health monitoring and nutrition services providing a hot meal and snacks under the supervision of a Licensed Nutritionist.

Description
To meet the nutritional needs of the elderly DSVS has established Senior Meal Sites. Participants age 60 and older are encouraged to dine together in a social atmosphere.

Must complete an assessment prior to participating in person. People need to go in earlier than meal time to meet with Manager for assessment.
