Eligibility
Ages 17 and under. Parental consent is required for case management services. Families must have a referral from a PBSO staff member.
Fees
No fees charged.
Intake Procedure
Parent/Legal Guardian must call Intake. Intake staff will contact parent/legal guardian within 48 hours to discuss concerns. Assessment for educational, substance, and mental health issues will be completed during the intake process to determine appropriate service(s).
