Palm Tran Connection - Palm Tran's paratransit division, provides a high quality door-to-door service for Palm Beach County's senior citizens, residents with disabilities and ADA eligible visitors under the following programs: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Program; Division of Senior and Veteran Services (DSVS) Program; Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Program.
ELIGIBILITY:
-Must have a disability that prevents the use of Palm Tran's fixed bus route service.
-Must complete an Application for Paratransit Eligibility.
-Call to request an application.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are accepted Monday through Saturday from 8 am-5 pm; Sunday/ Holiday 8 am-5 pm. May reserve trip 1 to 3 days in advance. Next day trip reservations must be made by 5 pm, the day before travel date.
SERVICE AREA:
The ADA service is provided to ADA eligible individuals in the area that covers east of the Florida Turnpike in Palm Beach County from the North County Line to the South County Line (Core Service Area). ADA service is also available within 3/4 mile of a Palm Tran fixed bus route covering those routes outside of the above Core Service Area.

Palm Tran CONNECTION is a shared ride, door-to-door paratransit service that provides transportation for disabled residents and visitors in Palm Beach County under the following programs: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Program; Division of Senior and Veteran Services (DSVS) Program; Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Program. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are accepted Monday through Saturday from 7 am-5 pm; Sunday/ Holiday 8 am-5 pm. May reserve trip 1 to 3 days in advance. Next day trip reservations must be made by 5 pm, the day before travel date. Fees
$3.50 each one-way trip. No Charge for DSVS Eligible Riders -Trips limited to meal-sites, designated route times only. Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) travel Free. Fares must be paid in cash (exact change only) or with Tickets to Ride.

Provides a flexible route transit service for Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay. There are four routes serving the communities with schedule information at www.palmtran.org. anyone can call for the vehicle to leave its route for a pick up or drop off when scheduled two hours or more in advance.
