Senior Services Case Management
Description
The Holocaust Survivors Assistance Program administers funds from the Claims Conference and other funding sources to provide in-home care and case management monitoring to Holocaust survivors. The Friendly Visitor Program volunteers provide social contact as they visit the frail elderly once week. Telephone Reassurance Program volunteers make phone contact with homebound seniors. Kibbitz and Ride provides limited transportation provided by volunteers.
