Description
Provides Martin County's Transportation Disadvantage (TD) residents medical and on-medical transportation.

Age 65 years old or older with no means of transportation, disabled with no means of transportation, adults who live under 100% of poverty level with no other means of transportation.

Community Coach provides pick up and drop off, door to door service to seniors or low income disabled who are mobile but unable to drive to medical appointments, shopping and other trips. Wheelchair service is available. Specially trained drivers for clients who are developmentally disabled. Eligibility requirements apply and advance reservations required.
