Description:
Provide Floridians with disabilities fair employment opportunities through fundraising, grant programs, public awareness and education. Makes grants to non-profit agencies to fund disability employment programs. Does not fund the purchase of vehicles or means of transportation, tuition, buildings or capital improvements.
Other programs include a Youth Leadership Forum for high school students with disabilities, High School/High Tech which prepares students with disabilities for careers in math, science, technology and engineering.
