Description:
Potentials Charter School addresses the benefits of the critical window of time by providing intensive classroom learning experiences, as well as speech, occupational and physical therapy, for children ages three through middle school who have disabilities in the areas of communication and ambulation.
Technological advancements have greatly improved the opportunities for fulfilling lives for these children, and employs innovative curriculum models that yield outstanding success rates. The school's ultimate objective is to create a strong foundation in communications, academics and independence that allows for each child's successful inclusion in his or her neighborhood school with age-appropriate peers.

Description
Public charter school developed to serve children between 3 and 10 years old who are unable to walk and talk because of multiple disabilities. The classroom focus is on the individual child's educational, therapeutic and medical needs using state of the art technology and low student/teacher ratios. A parent contract insures involvement in both the school and the child's progress. A regular school calendar is followed with an optional summer session, dependent on FTE availability.
