Security Deposit: Starting at $300. approved credit or up to 1 months rent Utilities included: Water, sewer, maintenance, pest control, garbage. Transportation: uses Mae Volen Senior Center transportation twice a week for grocery shopping and by appointment for medical appointments. Public transportation stops in front of property.
